I received these very lovely flowers from my sweet Mark, Jeff and Jack upon arriving home from the hospital on Tuesday.I had Trapezium Arthrotomy to my left thumb. This surgery is not for the faint of heart, or even if you are not faint of heart. Basically, the cartilage in my thumbs is gone and the bones rub against each other. My right arm can have no surgeries so I am going to preserve my left since I cannot give up fabric dyeing, sewing or painting. I will wear this lovely split cast for two weeks and then see how things look.
